I recommend that you commit to a Spiritual Discipline that you are willing to participate in. It could be something simple. The best prayer is telling yourself something that you are grateful for every day. Gratitude is the highest vibration there is.
Whatever it is that you choose, be sure it is a commitment you keep to yourself. It will help you build much needed self esteem and soul-full protection.

How do you know that you know that you know something? You need to learn how your intuition communicates to you. When you know something is right for you do get a feeling in the pit of your stomach? Do you get the hairs stand up on the back of your neck?
Remember it isn’t the decision that determines the outcome. It is the energy behind the decision that determines the outcome.
If you are feeling fear no matter what you choose you will be creating more fear.
Once you learn how to know what is right for you than you will feel safe moving forward in your life.

Hello Robin,
I just realized that I've turned to you many times over the years, even as a little girl, for your help and guidance. I find myself sad tonight and needing your loving wisdom once again. My heart aches because the guy I've been dating for 2 months is breaking up with me because of my kids. My daughters have had such a hard time accepting C that everyone is on eggshells.
Their behaviour is unacceptable and while I'm trying to be a stronger parent, I'm also trying to be a compassionate mother. Are the kids the real reason or is there more behind it? I like this guy but I'm also in a relationship I've never experienced before. I'm either all-in 100% or not interested at all and with C, I've had to keep an arm's length since I met him for my own protection and I'm still interested even though it's never been fully stable or secure, I've held on. I've hoped for more.
I've hoped for the discomfort for my girls to ease and it never has. He's tired of waiting and he's pulling back. Please tell me, what should I make of this? Have these past 2 months all been for naught? Am I just wasting time or am I not being patient enough? Will time heal all wounds, as they say? I try to ask my dreams for answers yet haven't had many yet.

First of all I am sensing that neither of the 4 of you are connected with your Higher Selves. I suggest that the first step is for you to say a prayer to re-connect your Higher Self to your mind, heart and body. I also suggest you dedicate that healing to C and your 2 daughters.

a couple questions
Hi Robin,
Thanks for your help yesterday with my little problem with ghosts. I looked up on line trying to find out if there was ever a brothel in my house before and couldn't find anything to verify this but I did discover that my house is a bit older than I originally thought, it was built in 1908. About five miles away is Pioneer Square where there were many brothels when the City was just starting out.
Your comment about the prostitutes got me thinking because my grandmother's aunt was a Madam and owned a brothel in Montana. It was very famous at the time and was a gorgeous place. She sold the buisness right before it became illegal. Our family as inherited many of her belongings from the brothel. I have a couple of busts of a Persian couple. They have been in my family for as long as I know and I believe that they originated from my grandmother's aunt. Do you think that the bust's may be the conduit for the prostitute energies that were hanging around?
Also I had a questions about what you said when you said that my sympatric nerve system was very taxed, do you think that this is why I've been so very tired all of the time?

The bust is definitely a connection to the prostitutes. I would smudge the bust and ask for our Beloved Saint Mary Magdalene to assist these women and their children into the LIght of God. That was very intuitive of you to figure this out. It will make a lot of lost souls very happy.
I think that your adrenals are tired. It is affecting your nervous system. Please find what works for you to heal your adrenals.

Hi Robin, I took your advice
Hi Robin, I took your advice and opened up the MM portal and asked Mary Magdalene and Arch Angel Michael to assist the souls attached to the busts and any other hangers on to cross over. I then burned the smudge I just bought today and waved the smoke all along the busts, the house, windows, doors and the kids and myself. I said the ‘In God we trust Angels prayer’ and after all of that I cleaned the busts and the table they sit on. So my questions to you now is from your perspective did it work and do I need to do it again in a month or so or do you think that it is all taken care of now? For me the house feel good, but the real test is at night if I feel anyone come into my room, last night I could feel someone sitting next to me in bed, this was very unsettling.
Anyway so do you think it worked? Does MM have anything to say about it?

Still not alone in the house :(
Hi Robin, yesterday I was thinking that I needed to write to you and thank you for helping me to clear out my house and that all is well. Unfortunately last night changed my mind. When I was sitting with my husband watching TV, I thought I could see movement out the corner of my eye or all of the sudden I would have my eyes diverted to some part of the room as if someone just came in but for me I can’t see anything. I quickly told myself that it is my imagination and all is well. At around 3:00 am I am awakened by an unpleasant dream and the feeling of having someone in the room with me almost as though I could feel there energy of the other person pressing on my energy body. In my dream the spirit of the woman in blue you were telling me about was talking through a third person who was telling me that she doesn’t want to move on and she was asking me if she could stay, well this is when I woke up and started to feel weird. In my mind I’m thinking ‘why would she want to stay’ when she can move on and then I figured that she must be scared so I called on Arch Angel Michael to help her over. At this point I am trying to go back to sleep but now the room seems very crowded and I tell myself that it must be that the Angel is in the room too helping her so I try to go back to sleep and immediately I go back to sleep but this time I dream that she is showing me a map of the block that I live on and how she would like me to help other souls trapped like her from the other apartment building at the end of my block. I wake up quickly in a cold sweat and think that this really isn’t my job to help people cross over and that I just want to go back to sleep and to be left alone but at this point I’m a little freaked out and have trouble going back to sleep. I’m hoping that you will tell me that it is all just my imagination and that my dreams are nothing but my mind working through things but I would feel better if you could please take a look and see if she is still here or someone else for that matter and see also if there is anything to my other dream about the other building. I feel like a big baby asking for so much help but it does help to know that someone believes me and can offer some assistance. Thank you so much,

Thanks Robert, I don't do reiki, is the cho-ku-rey the same symbol that Robin uses on her portal sights? I've printed it out before and put it into rooms that needed to be cleared out so I could rent them and it worked.
Do you know anything about smudging? I did the house last week and it seemed to help, I wondering if I should do it again or is once enough, I just don't know how often it should be done or maybe it's just as needed?

Hi Robin,
Thank you for your help yesterday with my Grandpa Glen. I wanted to follow-up with you regarding him, my dad Mike (recovering from surgery) and to see if you can tell what is causing Scott's stomach issues. He has been having these same issues on a cyclic basis, on and off from Spring to Fall. He has severe stomach pain, uncontrollable vomiting followed by fatigue and severe weight loss. He has been to several doctors and no one can find anything wrong. We eat as organic as we possibly can. I am wondering if you have an idea of what is the underlying cause. Also, you helped my Grandpa transition and said he was radiant and that was how he lived. He was such a good man with the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known. I am glad you helped him with his transition and want to know if he has a special sign that we will recognize when he is around and if he has any messages for us because he wanted to tell us something before he passed, but didn't have the strength for us to hear him. I have thought about parasites, he was tested early on when he fisrt started to get sick and it came back negative, but recently I've been thinking he needs to get tested again, we will do the prayer as well, and we plan on setting up a one on one with you. Thank you again!

PS. You seemed a little shocked or surprised when I said that the shaky energies in my chest were serving my highest good. Sometimes when I will ask about stuff I will get yes and no at the same time, like two people standing in my head and one says yes and the other says no so I, instead of hearing the correct answer, have to hear both and choose which one I feel is the answer. It makes things a little hard when asking my higher self for guidance. Would you have any insight into this issue?

When you hear both a yes and a no, which I often do, check in with the part that says no. Ask it to bring you what energy is in your best and highest good. See if the energy changes. Then ask again. Until you hear a clear and resounding YES be persistent until you comb out the disruption.

Pink Ray Necklace
No, I have not been using the necklace as a vibrational focusing tool. I have not done any guided writing with Ancient One since you and Matt suggested that I use the necklace for that purpose. As it happens, I received their signal last night that they wish to speak, so I will put the necklace on and see what comes through.
Also, it didn't occur to me to wear the necklace when doing the 'field of intention' energy work so I'll do that too and see how it goes. I promise to report back to you. I will post in the Twin Ray Pink Ray Attunement necklaces area rather than here to keep the topics cleaner, unless you'd prefer me to come back here.
